Seller and contact
Texprim — 4388 Rue Saint-Denis, Suite 200 #856, Montréal QC H2J 2L1, Canada. For order questions, cancellations or claims, email info@texprim.ca and include your order number. Phone: +1 (450) 282-1015.
Prices, payment and confirmation
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Product prices are shown before tax. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Your order summary shows the final amount and selected configuration.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. A paid order is confirmed after Texprim verifies the payment. A return screen from the payment provider is not, by itself, proof of payment. Checkouts labelled “TEST” involve no real payment and no manufacturing.
Artwork and optional PDF proof
Provide files matching the products, dimensions and sides ordered. Only submit content you are entitled to reproduce. Files uploaded to the website undergo security checks and Texprim’s review before use in printing.
At checkout, you may select “I would like a PDF proof to approve before printing.” Texprim will then wait for your approval before starting production. Texprim may also request approval when the project requires it. Otherwise, a proof is not routinely provided.
Check all text, contact information, layout and visual elements carefully before approving a proof. If an error comes from the customer’s text or file and the artwork was approved, without an error introduced by Texprim, reprinting is at the customer’s expense. An error introduced by Texprim will be addressed at Texprim’s expense as appropriate. Where no proof was approved, each case is reviewed before deciding who bears the cost.
When production starts and turnaround
When a proof is requested, the production turnaround starts after the customer approves it. For an order without a proof, it starts when Texprim confirms proper receipt of the order. Payment confirmation and the start of production are separate steps.
The applicable production turnaround is communicated for your order. Transit time is additional. If artwork needs correcting or information is missing, Texprim will contact you and explain any effect on the schedule.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation before your order enters production by emailing info@texprim.ca. If manufacturing has not started, amounts paid for the cancelled order are refunded in full.
Once an order enters production, voluntary cancellation with a refund is not available. This rule does not limit applicable rights or remedies for defects, errors attributable to Texprim, non-conformity or a failure to meet a legal obligation.
Shipping and damaged packages
Deliveries are handled by external carriers. Check your contact details and shipping address before confirming the order. Contact Texprim if a problem occurs; using an external carrier does not remove responsibilities imposed by law.
Inspect your order on receipt. Report any defect, damage, missing item or error, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging. This recommended timeframe helps us handle the issue and any carrier claim; a later claim is not automatically rejected.
Handling claims
After reviewing the issue, Texprim will offer a reprint, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the situation. We may request relevant information or photos to understand the problem. The solution takes account of the circumstances and applicable rights.
Your information and applicable rights
Our privacy policy explains how contact details, orders and artwork are used, how long they are kept and how to make a privacy request.
These terms do not replace mandatory warranties or protections applicable to your situation. No provision is intended to remove a right that cannot be waived. The version accepted when you order is kept with the order; subsequent changes do not retroactively change that version.
